In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "887bat", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 887bat platform at https://887bat.net, operating under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the 887bat website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any application through which 887bat services are accessed.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers a player account on the 887bat platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account associated with a unique username and password on the 887bat platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds standing to the credit of a player's account, excluding bonus funds unless expressly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional or bonus credits added to an account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means the Pakistani Rupee, being the currency in which all 887bat transactions are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, referring to the identity verification process required of players before withdrawals or certain account activities can be completed.

These Terms should be read alongside the 887bat Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional materials, these Terms shall prevail.

887bat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following the notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain a player account on the 887bat platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of 887bat, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 887bat or any affiliated gaming platform.
• Your use of the 887bat platform is for personal entertainment only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not prohibited from engaging in online gaming under any law applicable to you personally.

887bat actively enforces age verification as part of the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, and any balance — including winnings — will be forfeited and returned to the payment method used for the original deposit where technically and legally possible.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) player account on the 887bat platform. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited regardless of the payment method, device, IP address, or email address used to register them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information at the time of registration is a material breach of these Terms.

You must promptly update your account information if any of the details provided at registration change. 887bat accepts no liability for any failure to process a withdrawal or for any communication failure that arises from outdated or inaccurate account information.

• Account registration is free of charge.
• Accounts registered by automated scripts or bots are prohibited.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party.
• 887bat reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 887bat login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. 887bat support staff will never ask you to provide your password.

All transactions placed using your account credentials are deemed to have been authorised by you. 887bat accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure, except where such losses result directly from a security failure on the part of 887bat.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact 887bat support immediately at [email protected]. 887bat will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on all 887bat accounts and is strongly recommended. Enabling 2FA provides an additional layer of security by requiring confirmation of each login via a one-time password sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number.

887bat accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, debit card, and credit card. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at 887bat's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount at 887bat is Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and the verification status of the account. Specific deposit limits for each payment method are displayed on the deposit page within your account.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor.
• 887bat does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• 887bat reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit it considers unusual or potentially suspicious.
• Deposits made by credit card are processed at the full amount credited to your account; 887bat does not charge an additional credit card fee.

Withdrawal requests at 887bat are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and is a condition of 887bat's gaming licence.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification will not be able to process withdrawals.
• 887bat reserves the right to impose a processing period of up to 48 hours on any withdrawal request for security review purposes.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player via the account dashboard within one hour of submission, provided the request has not yet been processed.
• 887bat reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal it deems to require further review.
• Withdrawal to a different payment method than the deposit source may be approved at 887bat's discretion following satisfactory completion of enhanced KYC procedures.

887bat offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotional offer is subject to specific terms stated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.

General bonus rules that apply across all 887bat promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms include:

• A player may hold only one active welcome bonus at any time.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real money bets of the minimum odds or stakes specified in the offer terms.
• Games weighted at less than 100% contribution toward wagering requirements are identified in the bonus terms of each offer.
• Bonus funds are used first in all wagering until depleted; real money balance is used only after all bonus funds have been wagered or expired.
• Bonuses that are claimed using multiple accounts or in contravention of these Terms will be cancelled and any associated winnings forfeited.
• 887bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus expiry periods begin from the time the bonus is credited to the player's account, not from the time of the qualifying deposit.

All casino games offered on the 887bat platform — including slots, live dealer tables, fishing games, crash games, and instant win titles — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning by professional dealers under real-time supervision.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and casino game is available in the individual game's information panel. RTP figures represent long-term statistical returns and are not a guarantee of any particular outcome in any individual gaming session.

• Game outcomes are final and cannot be reversed once a round has been completed and settled.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the bet may be refunded to the player's account at 887bat's discretion.
• 887bat is not liable for interrupted gaming sessions caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change prior to the bet being confirmed.
• A bet is not confirmed until the player receives an explicit confirmation reference number. Bets placed during periods of system instability may be voided at 887bat's discretion.
• In-play (live) betting markets close at various points during a match. 887bat accepts no responsibility for bets placed based on information not available at the time the market was offered.
• Bets on matches that are abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the applicable timeframe may be voided and the stake returned, subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport.
• 887bat reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual bet or market, including in-play markets, at its sole discretion.
• Any bets found to have been placed using information not available to the general public at the time of placement will be voided and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.
• Accumulator bets are subject to the individual rules of each leg, and if any leg is voided, the accumulator will be recalculated as if that leg had not been included.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 887bat platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the account registration or KYC process.
• Registering or operating more than one player account on the 887bat platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for genuine player use.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of privileged information in the sportsbook.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known exploit are subject to immediate forfeiture.
• Conducting transactions on the platform for purposes of money laundering or any other criminal activity.
• Allowing or facilitating any third party to use your account, including a family member or associate.
• Engaging in any conduct that 887bat reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harassing toward any member of its staff or other players.

887bat is required by its international gaming licence to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, before approving high-value deposits. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

To complete KYC verification, players may be required to provide one or more of the following documents, in a format clearly legible and recently issued:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of the payment method used (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered in your name, or front of bank-issued debit or credit card with middle digits obscured).

887bat will process submitted KYC documents within three business days of receipt. Players will be notified by email of the outcome. If verification fails or documents are rejected, the reason will be communicated and the player given the opportunity to resubmit.

Funds held in an account pending KYC verification remain the property of the player and will be returned to the originating payment method if the account is closed following a failed verification, less any amounts legitimately wagered during the verification period.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling period; reductions take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the net losses they are willing to sustain over a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, no further bets or deposits will be accepted until the period resets.

887bat reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The player's account is involved in suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The player is found to be residing in or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require 887bat to restrict or close the account.
• The player has requested self-exclusion.

Upon termination of an account for cause, any balance remaining in the account — including any bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct — may be forfeited at 887bat's discretion. In cases of suspected criminal conduct, 887bat is required to report the matter to the appropriate authorities and may freeze the account balance pending investigation.

A player wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting 887bat support. Any real-money balance will be returned to the originating payment method following completion of applicable KYC and withdrawal processing procedures.

All content on the 887bat platform — including but not limited to the 887bat brand name and logo, website design and layout, written content, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of 887bat or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the 887bat platform solely for your personal entertainment. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.

Any unauthorised use of 887bat intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 887bat shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, business, data, or opportunity arising from your use of the platform.
• Any interruption to the platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances outside 887bat's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Any losses arising from the player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 887bat's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence. In all other cases, 887bat's total aggregate liability to a player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your 887bat account, the outcome of a game or bet, a payment transaction, or any other aspect of the platform, you should first contact the 887bat customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five business days.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the 887bat support team, you may escalate the matter to 887bat's dedicated compliance department by requesting escalation in writing via email. The compliance team will conduct a full review and respond within 14 business days.

If the dispute remains unresolved following the internal escalation process, either party may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 887bat's gaming licence issuing authority. All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 887bat's gaming licence is issued. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the procedures set out in this section.

887bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it affects a player's rights or obligations in a significant way — 887bat will provide registered players with at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the address registered to their account.

Non-material changes (such as formatting corrections, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, or updates required by regulatory guidance) may be made immediately and will be reflected in the "Effective Date" displayed at the top of these Terms.

A player's continued use of the 887bat platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes their acceptance of the revised Terms. If a player does not accept the amended Terms, they must cease using the platform and may request closure of their account, with any real-money balance returned to the originating payment method.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 887bat's international gaming licence is registered. These Terms do not modify or exclude any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence to the extent those laws are applicable and may not lawfully be excluded.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of 887bat to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or provision in any future circumstance.
